MIKOLAJ
He has a comprehensive 15 years’ experience as both a sushi master and oriental chef. During this time, he has worked in several well-known Warsaw restaurants, developing his skills under the supervision of excellent chefs. An enthusiast of modern forms of sushi, he pays particular attention to the aesthetics of serving his dishes.
